Large scale Project Partnership

Client: East Midlands Electricity, the leading UK electricity distribution asset management company, a subsidiary of Powergen in the E.On global network of companies.

Challenge: rationalisation of the key Asset Management business processes at the core of EME business, replacing three poorly integrated legacy applications, while upgrading the entire 1000-user system to SAP R/3 version 4.6C.

Delivery: on-time, on-budget and on-spec., the project was a great success and has become a SAP reference site. JAMA were the sole project partner through blue-printing, realisation and implementation. We constructed the plan, resourced the project technical expert, ABAP and training teams and provided the technical management skills from start to finish.
